Are there hidden fees?
Nope, there are no hidden fees for retoucing, watermarks, or anything like that.

What is the turnaround time?
We can typically have your photos edited within a few days. We can do prints in 2-3 business day; wall art and books take about a week. Have an important deadline? Let us know and we can work something out.

Do you retouch the photos?
Yes! All of the photos selected for your products will be professionally retouched at no extra charge to enhance color, vibrancy, composition, and more.

We also do light body contouring to smooth certain areas, but we do not do body reshaping. We believe your photos should be you, not someone built in a computer. Learn More...

Do you charge extra for retouching?
Nope, there is no charge for retouching.

How do I view my photos?
Immediately after your session, we'll curate the best photos and reveal the natural unedited photos. During your viewing we'll discuss the photos you love and want to use in your products. We'll then professionally edit your selections.

Are products included with the session?
No. Prints, products, books, wall art, and digital files are not included with the session and are an additional purchase. The session fee is for the photographer's time and skill. We know that everyone has unique needs, so we don't force you to buy specific packages with products you may not want.

Are digital images included with the session?
No, digital files are an additional purchase.

Can I bring a friend?
You can, but we don't suggest it. We've found that most people are even more nervous posing around someone they know and are constantly distracted and looking to their friend for approval. With Jeanne or Karen in studio during your session, you'll have the comfort of a female presence without the nerves of posing in front of people you know.

How does payment work?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your session date and time. The remainder is due when you finalize your product selections after your session. Once you complete payment, we will design and order your products.

Do you put watermarks on the photos?
No, none of the photos delivered to you include watermarks.

Are my photos kept private?
Yes. We will not include your photos in our portfolio unless you sign our model release. We do ask permission to use some of your photos in our portfolio so that we can show other women our work, but it is not required. Also, showing your face is optional. Learn more...
